Political involvement in the Avengers' affairs causes a rift between Captain America and Iron Man.

It is the sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), and the 13th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The film received positive reviews, including praise for the performances (particularly Evans and Downey), action sequences, and themes. A fourth film, Captain America: Brave New World, is set for release in February 2025, which is a continuation of Marvel Studios' Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), following Mackie's Sam Wilson as Captain America.

" I loved this film!!! I really enjoyed Iron man and Captain America clashing it was brilliant! Black Panther entering the MCU for the first time was amazing, I think he is my favourite marvel hero, Spiderman was also awesome. I was kinda sad when I realised that Thor and Hulk wouldn't be in this film. The original avengers; Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor, aren't the only ones. The new avengers are; Spiderman, Black Panther, Falcon, Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Ant-Man, Thor, and War Machine.

I don't want to ruin the movies for anyone so I won't say too much, but I will say that this film has the best action scenes I have seen so far. Next I'm watching Doctor Strange."
