CLASSES
Mix Up Theatre currently run weekly online drama classes alongside our termly in-person classes. We also have one-off visiting workshops with various theatre companies and practitioners.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Child Protection
All Mix Up Theatre staff must be PVG Scheme members.

Class / Holiday School Refunds​
We cannot give refunds should students become ill or injured either at the Drama class or outwith it during term-time or holiday clubs.
Class Cancellation​
Should we have to cancel a class due to a teacher illness or unavailability a full refund shall be made for the classes lost.​
Refunds are not issued due to circumstances outwith the control of Mix Up Theatre (closures due to weather / school strikes, etc.). Alternatives may be made available if possible.

Health and Safety
Children will be made aware of fire procedures and safety issues where appropriate to the venue.​

Social Media Consent
Mix Up Theatre may on occasion take photos for promotional reasons – our website and socials.
We have an opt-out policy whereby we will assume that parents agree to the above unless they tell us otherwise. Our registration form has the consent option for each class.

Fees
Fees are required at least one week before the class has started. There is options to pay in instalments and if need to pay later then please do let us know. Otherwise a £10 late payment charge will be issued if we have to contact to collect fees (we give a 7 day warning). Any additional admin if fees are not paid will issue further additional fees.

Pay What You Can bursary
At each drama class we offer 2 Pay What You Can bursaries to families on a low income. Mix Up Theatre are keen to have our youth theatre accessible to everyone. To apply for the bursary e-mail: info@mixuptheatre.com
