When Captain James Hook kidnaps his children, an adult Peter Pan must return to Neverland and reclaim his youthful spirit in order to challenge his old enemy.
Hook received mixed reviews from critics, who praised the performances (particularly those of Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman), John Williams' musical score, and production values, but criticized the screenplay and tone.
Nevertheless, it has gained a strong cult following since its release, and spawned merchandise, including video games, action figures, and comic book adaptations.

Well he can't really fly, but Spider-Man is another hero facing his reality in another brilliant hero origin movie. Steven Spielberg's biggest adventure movie has to be Jurassic Park. For more family adventure movies the Toy Story movies are fantastic, as is more from Disney Up and Frozen. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is another fantastic adaptation of a classic children's book. The writers also worked on The Polar Express. Meanwhile Space Jam has another hero facing a strange group of villains (this time aliens rather than pirates!)
