MIX UP THEATRE REVIEWS:

Arran (Age 15) - ★★★★★

"My experience at the café was overwhelmingly positive; the staff were friendly and the collection of board games and retro video games was also quite impressive. I was also impressed by the quality and how well maintained the consoles themselves were. Outside of the gaming, the food was also rather good to eat.

Overall I enjoyed my visit."

Sandy (Age 10) - ★★★★★

"This place is AMAZING 🤩! Ay caramba, there's a ton of games at this joint! FIFA 09, Tetris, Donkey Kong, Smash Bros, all them classics. Plus, they got board games like Simpsons Cluedo, Mario Labyrinth, and Battle Ships, man. This place is da bomb, 9.5 outta 10! And the café, oh my gosh it's amazing! Especially their chocolate chip shortbread (I had three of 'em!) It is great!"

Evan (Age 12) - ★★★★★

"The whole experience was really good fun. The staff were really kind and friendly. My favourite console was the Nintendo game cube. The only down side was that you only get an hour of play time. Lunch in the cafe was not expensive for what you get, I enjoyed my crisp sandwich and I would highly recommend the chocolate chip shortbread. It was a cool experience to play a boardgame whilst out for lunch. I hope to go back with my family one day."

Stewart - ★★★★★

"A fantastic venue, nostalgia overload for this '80s kid with He-Man and Thundercats spotted amongst the memorabilia dotted around the venue. There is an epic amount of games to choose from so it's a must visit for gamers. The staff were briliiant, the choice (including board games old and new), and the layout all top notch. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. This is a perfect spot for filling a bit of time with the kids - or for yourself and there is a brilliant amount of events on at the cafe as well - including plenty of 18+ game nights as well. Go visit you won't be disappointed and chances or revisiting - 100%!"
