"An offbeat cabaret for Christmas comes this year in the form of this puppet lead take on A Christmas Carol. The cast do a great job of bringing Boris & Sergey to animated life with their expert puppeteering skills as we follow a surreal journey through the classic Dickens tale. Some of the jokes fall a little flat and the pacing is a bit off but the audience interaction moments are inspired and the dance lead moments are quite creepy and bring a change of pace to this weird and fun evening entertainment. Wrap up though, it's pretty cold in the Assembly Roxy."
