"An incredible immersive experience with this intricately detailed delve into the world of the Egyptian boy king, Tutankhamun.
My own knowledge of this was fairly limited (does the Steve Martin SNL sketch count?) so I completely soaked up all the information at the beginning of this gallery experience. With some astonishing objects from the tomb, it really all sets you up for the immersive experience that follows.
There's a 360 degree projection room which is quite outstanding if at times got a little lost within the mythology - I'm going to read up on it though (Thanks gift shop at the end!)
Then there's more excellent graphics and imagery with a VR headset (incredible), a look into the process of mummification (eww) and a hilariously weird experience of walking around a room with a VR headset on as we delve into the finding of the tomb in 1922.
What an amazing experience - it's a little pricey - but it's unforgettable. Go get a ticket!"

"I loved the bit with the headset and being in the coffin and then flying in the sky with the volcanoes and pyramids and then when you find out that his brain went through his nose!!!"
