Film REVIEW #TaiwanFFE: Where Am I Going? (2018) - ★★★★

Updated: Oct 25, 2022

Directors: Yun-Sian Huang, Yi-Chin Tsai

Genre: Animation, Short, Fantasy

The old man goes to mend window screen by his bike. He passes through all scenes which make him nervous or comfortable. It is his day and also a metaphor of his life.

MIX UP REVIEWS:

Stewart - ★★★★

"Beautifully animated short film following an old man coming to terms with having to move from his home. Like Pixar's Up - but without the colourful balloons and talking dogs. Though equally quite surreal, the ending has a strangely satisfying and uplifting yet bittersweet conclusion. As the credits role it's interesting to see the behind the scenes with the filmmakers."
