'I give it (grandfather's watch) to you not that you may remember time, but that you might forget it now and then for a moment and not spend all your breath trying to conquer it.' William Faulkner, The Sound and the Fury
Marking over 13 years of working together on 6 shows that have toured 17 countries over 3
continents, Moments is Theatre Re’s move to pause and rediscover why. Weaving Katherine Graham, Guillaume Pigé and Alex Judd’s personal stories of becoming parents and reaching mid-life with theatrical imagination, they unpick their creative bond, re-evaluate success and make a new show.
Part TED Talk, part theatrical performance with our trademark style combining striking imagery and action with original live music, Moments demystifies the theatre making process, and creates a thought-provoking piece exploring time, fatherhood and grief.
Ultimately, Moments is about attentiveness to; magic in the making of new work; poetry in our everyday; moment-by-moment existence; life as we live it.

MIX UP REVIEWS:
Max (Age 12) - ★★★★★
"I thought it was amazing what they did with lights, music and movement and how they captured moments throughout the life of a father and son's entire relationship and lives. Through just these three things they made me feel and think about moments (good and bad) through my own life. I found it very interesting to be invited into their process of how and why each movement, light change or musical shift was explained as it happened.
What I think is meant as a take away from the show is to embrace every moment that you experience.
The show says for ages 8 and up but it would probably be better for ages 12 and up as they would understand it more.
I would rate the show 4.7 out of 5."
