1. I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

All week, ITV, 9:00pm

On day seven in the Welsh camp, the celebrities are trying to keep body and soul together while the weather tests their mettle. Ant and Dec take a look back at all the best bits from the first week, along with some exclusive unseen moments.

2. Small Axe: Lovers Rock

Sunday 22nd November, BBC1, 9:00pm

Drama focusing on the romantic reggae genre and to the black youth who found freedom and love in its sound in London house parties, when they were unwelcome in white nightclubs. Drama by Courttia Newland and Steve McQueen, who also directed, starring Micheal Ward and Amarah-Jae St Aubyn.

3. The Great British Bake Off

Tuesday 24th November, Channel 4, 8:00pm

Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas host the grand final of this year's contest. The last three bakers face three tests of a range of baking skills - a deceptively simple Signature round combining set custard and puff pastry, a Technical celebrating the classic combination of chocolate and nuts, and a magnificent dessert tower for their final Showstopper, before judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood select this year's winner. Last in the series.

4. Strictly Come Dancing

Saturday 21st November, BBC1, 7:15pm

Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present as the eight remaining couples return to the Strictly Ballroom in a special episode paying tribute to all things Blackpool. Not only do the Strictly stars have to impress Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and guest judge Anton Du Beke, but they also have to impress the viewers at home.

5. Mark Kermode's Secrets of Cinema

Thursday 26th November, BBC4, 10:15pm

The critic examines techniques and conventions behind classic movie genres. Here he focuses on one of the most popular - romantic comedies, from early offerings such as Bringing Up Baby to more recent hits like The Big Sick and La La Land.

6. The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice

Friday 27th November, Channel 4, 8:00pm

To celebrate the final, Jo Brand is joined by Matt Lucas, Emma Bunton, and both runners-up and the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2020. Regular contributor Tom Allen does a final sweep of the studio and Jo mops up the last viewer pictures of the series. Last in the series.

7. Blue Peter

Thursday 26th November, CBBC, 5:30pm

The countdown to Christmas starts soon so the presenters show how to make a Christmas tree advent calendar with some Strictly Come Dancing superstars. And Henry helps Mwaksy Mudende with her fear of dogs.

8. FILMS: The Bourne Supremacy (2004) / The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) (Age 12)

The amnesiac assassin is living quietly in hiding, until his former employers come after him again and murder his girlfriend. Action thriller sequels, starring or Actor of the Week, Matt Damon.

The Bourne Supremacy re-enters the shadowy world of expert assassin Jason Bourne who continues to find himself plagued by the splintered nightmares from his former life.

In the new chapter of this espionage series, Bourne will hunt down his past in order to find a future.

9. FILM: The Martian (2015) (Age 12)

Saturday 21st November, Channel 4, 8:45pm

A manned mission to Mars is abruptly abandoned, with one crew member left for dead. However, the astronaut has survived and faces a series of challenges - to contact Earth and arrange his rescue and to survive for the years it will take for a spacecraft to reach him on resources intended to last a month. Ridley Scott's sci-fi drama based on the novel by Andy Weir, starring Actor of the Week Matt Damon and Jessica Chastain.

10. FILM: The Adjustment Bureau (2011) (Age 12)

Friday 27th November, Sony Movies, 9:00pm

A politician is attracted to a dancer he meets at a pivotal moment in his life, but finds his every effort to get to know her is thwarted by a group of mysterious men. He realises these shadowy figures are manipulating him and moving him toward a predetermined fate, which he resolves to fight. Sci-fi thriller, starring Actor of the Week Matt Damon and Emily Blunt.
