All Up Theatre staff must have an Enhanced Disclosure or be PVG Scheme members.
Fees are due within one week of the class running. It is possible to pay in two instalments, this can be arranged when you register. Once you have registered your child you are committing to a full term and remain liable for full payment. This covers the costs of our teachers and the hall hire for the term.
A late payment fee will be added if payment not made within 30 days of the due date.
Class / Holiday School Refunds
Holiday School and class refunds cannot be given in the two week period before the start of the classes.
A £5 fee will be charged for refunds.
We cannot give refunds should students become ill or injured either at the Drama class or outwith it during term-time or holiday clubs.
Should we have to cancel a class due to teacher illness or unavailability a full refund shall be made for the classes lost.
Should we have to cancel a class due to external matters outwith our control (ie. weather conditions / road safety / government restrictions) - no refund is issued.
Health and Safety
Children will be made aware of fire procedures and safety issues where appropriate to the venue.
Social Media Consent
Mix Up Theatre may on occasion take photos for promotional reasons – our website and Facebook page.
We have an opt-out policy whereby we will assume that parents agree to the above unless they tell us otherwise.
We also believe that the very nature of Drama lends itself to film and photography and by capturing these magical moments we have an invaluable record of childhood for parents and children to cherish forever.
